Ingredients

6 (8-inch) Olé Spinach & Herbs Tortilla Wraps, warmed according to directions Hummus, any flavor

2 (12-ounce) cans tuna, packed in water, drained

1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained

2 cups halved or quartered grape tomatoes

½ cup chopped kale

½ cup julienned carrots

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Juice of 1 lime

Capers, drained, for garnish

TOPPINGS

Directions

1. Spread hummus over each wrap, then layer on tuna and remaining ingredients.

2. Roll your wrap and serve immediately.
