- 4–6 (8-inch) La Banderita Flour Tortillas
- 1½ cups oaxaca cheese, chopped
- 1½ cups blueberries, fresh
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium frying pan on low to medium heat, lay tortilla flat, sprinkle evenly with cheese, and add blueberries.
- Fold tortilla in half and heat both sides for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Keep warm until serving.
- Plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
