- 1 (18 oz.) bag La Banderita Organic Chips
- 8 ounces (3 links) La Banderita Chorizo, casings removed
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 large jalapeño, sliced
- 1 cup Olé Quesadilla cheese, shredded
La Banderita crema, optional
Instructions
- In a skillet, fry chorizo until thoroughly cooked. Remove, drain, and set aside.
- Fill a serving container with chips, then layer with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
