- ½ cup ground beef
- ¼ cup water
- 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 4 (4-inch) La Banderita Mini Corn Tortillas, warmed according to directions
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped
- Cilantro, chopped
- Olé Quesadilla Fresco Cheese, shredded
- Olé Crema, optional
- 4 limes, juiced
- Radishes, quartered
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, fry beef thoroughly, drain, and return to pan.
- Add water, cumin, and chili powder, mix and reheat.
- Place two tortillas together on plate; add beef, and layer with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
