Ingredients

  • ½ cup ground beef
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 4 (4-inch) La Banderita Mini Corn Tortillas, warmed according to directions
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Olé Quesadilla Fresco Cheese, shredded
  • Olé Crema, optional
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • Radishes, quartered

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, fry beef thoroughly, drain, and return to pan.
  2. Add water, cumin, and chili powder, mix and reheat.
  3. Place two tortillas together on plate; add beef, and layer with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
